1: Oil circulation system(air compressor)
Before starting, start the oil pump control system first. After starting the oil pump control system, ensure that all lubricating parts of the air compressor are well lubricated. At the same time, the oil pump control system can adjust the internal oil pressure and oil temperature through the built-in temperature control valve to meet the needs of the system.

2: Gas circuit circulation system(air compressor)
When the compressor is working, the air is sucked in through the self-cleaning air filter and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. The air enters the primary compression after being automatically adjusted by the inlet guide vane. The temperature of the gas after the primary compression is high, and then enters the intercooler for cooling (inside the water pipe, outside the gas pipe, and the water flow of the intercooler is required to be 110m / h), and then enters the secondary compression system, In order to prevent the gas in the system from pouring into the compression chamber (avoid starting under pressure), a suspended full open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve into the exhaust muffler, then into the primary aftercooler, secondary aftercooler and then into the main exhaust pipe.

3: Waterway circulation system(air compressor)
The cooling water enters the intercooler of the air compressor through the pipe to cool the gas discharged from the primary compression, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust. The other cooling water inlet pipe cools the motor winding through two groups of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor, and the other way cools the oil cooler.

4: Distribution system(air compressor)
The air compressor is a 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV), which adopts full voltage startup. The control cabinet is indoor AC and metal armored withdrawable switchgear. The switchgear is composed of fixed cabinet and withdrawable parts, i.e. handcart, to achieve the purpose of control, protection and monitoring, and has the function of "five prevention".
